Service Description

This is our first step together — a relaxed, 30-minute conversation where we can connect, feel into each other’s energy, and see if working together feels aligned. There’s no pressure, no expectations — just a chance to meet soul-to-soul. We will go through where you are at in your life and where you want to get to. I do my best to make sure you feel comfortable and safe during these calls, you will never be met with judgement or any hostile opinions...after all we have all had a journey. :) Whether or not you choose to continue with coaching, you’ll leave this call with greater clarity and a sense of what’s asking for your attention and growth. And if it does feel right to continue, I’ll walk you through what the coaching journey looks like and how we can begin.
